Tradition meets innovation in the style of TrackDesign |
| Third and final appointment on TrackDesign's style choices. This time we will tell you how this company has chosen from among the proposals of different designers those that refer to "the meaning". |
|
They are furnishing elements that recall an idea, an image, seen through the eye of our designers and re-proposed in a new form, which is that of the contemporary metal product. Nature is celebrated by TrackDesign as a source of inspiration and beauty. It is in fact inspired by the designer Alessandra Savio who created one of the bestseller collections of this Apulian company. His Lila series is inspired by the ovate shape of a leaf, a theme that is repeated in all elements such as the coffee table, table, chair, pouf and sofa with a sophisticated and contemporary look.
Further reference to the theme of the sense of the product is that of the art of sailing: Voilè is the metal bookcase created by Sid & sign whose ethereal structure evokes a sail swollen with wind. Its elegant and minimalist configuration suggests a new interpretation of the space, enhancing the relationship between full and empty spaces, in harmony in the space.
The Sail desk by Studio Maximo in the same way is a classic example of made in Italy furniture that is inspired by the beauty of sailing and places its forms within the most innovative concepts.
Last and not least, it is the clear reference to the Apulian tradition. TrackDesign was born from the work of a family that originates in this region of southern Italy. Proud of their roots, they chose to marry them to the world of design by choosing the projects of Sara Labianca and the very young Jasmine Neglia. The first translates through the Lecce stone seat of the Cortese stool the style of rustic straw seats, typical of country houses and Apulian farms. The geometric patterns, delicately engraved on the typically ductile stone and repeated also on the footrest thanks to the cuts in the waxed corten sheet, translate the weaves recreated from straw into a modern key.
Jasmine Neglia, in the same way, proposes in the world of corten design furniture the festive lights of the illuminations that decorate the Apulian cities during patronal and religious festivals. The lamp recalls the rose windows of the Baroque churches and Jasmine proposes them in your homes to dress them up for the party.
