Important for the construction industry and designed precisely to allow the real estate sector to restart after the profound difficulties associated with the lock-down, the superbonus is one of the initiatives included within the relaunch decree. Among all the interventions, the superbonus has certainly received great attention, due to the importance of the sector to which it is linked, both because it has always been the driving force of the economy and for the considerable amount of the deduction granted. This will last about a year and a half, for all expenses incurred from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021. Who is the 110% super bonus for? The eligible interventions are related to energy efficiency, seismic risk reduction interventions, installation of photovoltaic systems as well as columns for recharging electric vehicles. The bonus recognized is 110%, to be divided into 5 annual installments of the same amount, within the limits of the capacity of the annual tax resulting from the tax return. Specifically, the interventions that TrackDesign is able to offer and falling within the superbonus are: • The insulation of the external facades of buildings through systems of insulated panels finished in metal. • Thermal insulation of opaque vertical, horizontal and inclined surfaces of buildings, including single-family ones, with an incidence greater than 25% of the gross dispersing surface of the building itself or of the real estate unit located inside multi-family buildings that is functional in independently and that has one or more independent accesses from the outside. The classic intervention that can be carried out on the opaque surfaces of buildings that are not architecturally constrained is the external coat, whose way of realization can take place through various ways, from the use of simple bricks to the use of insulating metal panels, with important aesthetic impacts . As an alternative to shielding plasters or coats in masonry, glass wool, polystyrene and similar, the panels in corten, copper, brass, aluminum could give the building a modern and never seen cut in some areas of Italy, which have always stood still an architecture linked to the 60s / 70s. The insulated metal panels represent a useful and minimally invasive solution (they can be dismantled if necessary) offer infinite freedom of customization, both from the point of view of the degree of oxidation possible and for the patterns of carvings that can be made. A valid solution in the case of residential units of condominiums subject to the impossibility of any intervention on the external walls, is insulation by means of an internal coat. This intervention requires, compared to external intervention, certainly more hours of manpower and attention in the face of an equal volume to be insulated, but is equally effective. The TrackDesign engineering department can offer different solutions: pre-coupled counter-walls with insulating panel, glued directly to the wall or self-supporting counter-wall in corten, aluminum, copper, brass in infinite carving and oxidation patterns, with a metal structure with micro air gap o polyurethane insulation, for greater insulation of the envelope. Decorative panels and 110% super bonus The decorative panels are to be considered as a creative and original choice due to the high level of customization that TrackDesign is able to offer. Thanks to the high level of customization and the quality of the materials, the functional element takes on a role of strong aesthetic interest for professionals and customers. |
