Finish: matte or polished?

The first characteristic that can be noticed of the finishing of a design furniture is certainly the opaque or polished finish.

The polished finishes are capable of precisely reflecting the light, giving brightness to an environment without weighing it down, which could happen instead by choosing opaque, darker and more massive furniture especially on large surfaces.

The opaque ones, on the other hand, are recommended if you want to give a more decisive aesthetic result that can enhance the quality of the materials, together with their resistance and ease of cleaning.

Intended use: indoor or outdoor?

TrackDesign always provides you with finishes and materials of the highest quality and resistance, but as always there are finishes that are more suitable for an indoor environment and others that are specifically designed to withstand outdoor environments. Furniture style: classic or contemporary?

Texture

Brushed, extra-polished, flamed, burnished or textured. Voluntary or random surface irregularities, with a corrugated or corrugated effect, full of depressions or cracks of various sizes and more or less even colours: each metal sheet can be either unique and unrepeatable or uniform and perfect.

The choice of the right texture is decisive for the final rendering of a piece of furniture and the same material, we can have different textures: take for example stainless steel: a piece of furniture in the TrackDesign’s Lavagna finish will have a completely opposite result to that of the brushed version, not to mention the polished stainless steel one!
