After showing you our new precious brass finishes, this week TrackDesign presents its first three sophisticated copper finishes.

Brushed Copper Setis

With its warm reddish tones, the brushed copper finish Setis makes each space a place of refuge and relaxation. Its luminous and versatile character is effectively combined with spaces that point to metallic mosaics or natural stones such as marble or slate.

To obtain this finish, the copper undergoes a manual brushing process and is subsequently painted with a special transparent protective coating. The result will be an exclusive copper design product that will bear the marks of craftsmanship.

For cleaning, we recommend using a cotton cloth moistened with water or special neutral products for painted surfaces. Do not use abrasive cloths, solvents, alcohol or aggressive detergents.

Burnished Copper: Caligo and Umbra

As for brass, TrackDesign offers two different shades using the copper burnishing process to recreate two unique looking finishes: the Caligo burnished copper finish, with more sophisticated and rosey tones, and the more decisive and rigorous Umbra version, which is perfect for industrial style homes.

The process to achieve these nuances consists in colouring the copper through a process of burnishing and subsequently painting the product with a transparent protective coating. All these procedures are carried out by manual processing, which will therefore give a unique and unrepeatable appearance to your copper design products.

These copper finishes are ideal for indoor use and we do not recommend the application of this finish on highly worn surfaces to avoid compromising the beauty of the finish itself. For cleaning it is advisable to proceed simply using a cotton cloth dampened with water or special neutral products for painted surfaces, avoiding the use of abrasive cloths, solvents, alcohol or aggressive detergents that would damage the burnished paint.
