Former Fruit & Vegetable Market
Manufacture and supply of a metal structure in hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated carbon steel, covering an area of approximately 55×15 metres, for a total weight of 31,000 kg — a heavy steelwork project for the redevelopment of the former fruit and vegetable market in Fasano.
Load-bearing columns
22 columns, 6 m tall, built from 2 «C» profiles 260×80×5 mm, complete with base plate, connecting lattice, top plates and reinforcements; 22 columns, 5.5 m tall, in 200×200×6 mm square tube.
Lattice roof structure
11 arched roof trusses of variable height, with purlins in 120×90×3 mm tube for a combined length of approximately 1,120 metres.
Full supply package
Anchor bars and plates for the purlins, Ø28mm round-bar and Ø60mm tubular bracing, Ø28mm horizontal and vertical tie rods, plus the hire of site plant and equipment.
