As part of the restoration and structural consolidation works of the "Bellotti Bon" Historical Theater in the Municipality of Cascina (PI), TrackDesign had the honor of contributing with advanced technical solutions, custom-designed based on the technical tables received. An intervention that combines respect for the architectural memory with the precision of certified metal carpentry.
Metal structure for the attic
We designed and supplied the metal structure of the attic, ensuring maximum reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Execution class EXC3 according to UNI EN 1090
• Hot-dip galvanized steel S275JR and trusses in S355JR
• Joints with high-strength bolts 8.8 – ISO 4014/4032 Iron stairs For the accessibility and safety of the building, TrackDesign has designed and supplied the new metal stairs, in line with the highest quality standards:
•S275JR/S275H structural carpentry steel • EXC3 certified welding according to UNI EN 1090 and ISO 5817
• Protective painting compliant with EN ISO 12944 standards for durability >15 years
• Precision functional tolerances – Class 1
Composite aluminum cladding
To complete the intervention, we supplied and designed a cladding in composite aluminum panels (Alucobond or similar), mounted with an invisible fixing cassette system.
• Ventilated facade in folded sheets in burnished/golden tones
• Substructure in channel profiles with patented system for panel attachment
• Structural integration with galvanized and painted metal staircase With this project, TrackDesign confirms its expertise in managing complex interventions, combining aesthetics, functionality and technical regulations.
