As part of the restoration and structural strengthening works on the Historic Theatre «Bellotti Bon» in the Municipality of Cascina (PI), TrackDesign was proud to contribute advanced technical solutions, custom-designed from the technical drawings supplied. A project that combines respect for architectural memory with the precision of certified metal fabrication.

Metal structure for the floor slab

We designed and supplied the metal structure for the floor slab, ensuring maximum reliability and regulatory compliance.

  • Execution class EXC3 per EN 1090
  • Hot-dip galvanised S275JR steel and S355JR trusses
  • High-strength grade 8.8 bolted connections – ISO 4014/4032

Iron staircases

For the building’s accessibility and safety, TrackDesign designed and supplied the new metal staircases, in line with the highest quality standards.

  • S275JR/S275H structural fabrication steel
  • EXC3-certified welding per EN 1090 and ISO 5817
  • Protective coating compliant with EN ISO 12944, >15-year durability
  • Precision functional tolerances – Class 1

Composite aluminium cladding

To complete the project, we designed and supplied a composite aluminium panel cladding, installed with a concealed-fix cassette system.

  • Ventilated façade in folded sheets, burnished/gold finish
  • Sub-structure in channel profiles with a patented panel-fixing system
  • Structural integration with the galvanised and painted metal staircase
