Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the offer and sale of products on www.trackdesign.net (the “Site”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Seller

The Site and the sale of products are operated by Ali6 S.r.l., based in C.da Baione Z. I., Sn – 70043 Monopoli, Italy, VAT no. 02262900745, email info@trackdesign.net, phone +39 080 2256911 (the “Seller”).

2. Products and prices

The products offered are furniture and structures made of Corten steel and other metals, including bespoke items. Prices are in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before the order is completed. The price shown at the time of the order applies.

3. Formation of the contract

An order placed through the Site constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation by email. For bespoke products or items without a listed price, the sale takes place following a quotation request and its acceptance.

4. Payments

Payments can be made via PayPal, Klarna and the other methods shown at checkout. Transactions are handled by the respective providers under their terms; the Seller does not store full payment card data.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the user via courier. Delivery times are indicative and may vary for bespoke products, as specified on the product page. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving reasons, under the Italyn Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). To exercise this right, notify info@trackdesign.net and return the product intact. Return costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised (art. 59 of the Consumer Code).

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided to consumers by the Consumer Code. In case of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to have conformity restored or to alternative remedies under the law.

8. Returns and refunds

In case of withdrawal or lack of conformity, the refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframes set by law after the return has been received and checked.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to info@trackdesign.net. Consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italyn law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
